Two months before, we take over every moving piece, finalising vendors, perfecting timelines, and ensuring every detail unfolds exactly as planned. You get to be present, grounded, and surrounded by love, not logistics. Because true luxury is feeling calm enough to take it all in.

Start by reaching out and sharing your vision, location, and the feeling you want your day to have. We’ll take the time to understand what matters most to you, so we can tailor an experience that feels personal from the very beginning.
2. book a call
Next, we’ll schedule a relaxed chat to connect properly. This is where we dive deeper into your story, your style, and your priorities. It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for how we work, ask questions, and make sure we’re the perfect fit.
3. secure your date
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send your custom service proposal, agreement, and invoice to lock in your date. From there, you’ll officially become a Vows & Things couple, and we’ll celebrate with a warm welcome.
