For the couple who wants  it all without having to do  it all.

Full-service planning is for those who want more than a incredible wedding, they want an experience. Every decision, detail, and design is handled with precision and care, ensuring your celebration feels cohesive, elevated, and completely personal. From conception to completion, we create a wedding that doesn’t just look exceptional but feels unforgettable.

  • • Bespoke design shaped around your story, including mood boards, mockups and visual previews.

    • Curation of your vendor team; sourcing quotes & managing communications.

    • Preparation of a detailed budget estimate, with continued tracking throughout the planning process.

    • Site visits to your venue/s.

    • Sourcing of all styling & design elements to bring our vision to life.

    • RSVP management.

    • Creation of detailed master document including timelines, floor plans, inventory lists and all logistical information.

    • Team of professional wedding producers and stylists to assist Rayna on your wedding day.

    • Up to 12 hours of coordination on your wedding day by Rayna, up until formalities conclude.

    • Set up & pack down management.

    • Access to your personalised client portal.

    • Custom wedding website.

    • Optional planning for welcome events, recovery days, bachelorette parties, engagement parties or full wedding weekend experiences.
