Yes. For couples who already have a coordinator or on-the-day team, we offer a design-only service that includes a comprehensive style concept, visual direction, and vendor recommendations.

Ideally, 8–12 months before your wedding to allow for custom sourcing and vendor coordination. However, shorter timelines can often be accommodated depending on availability.

Yes. Our team manages the complete setup and pack-down of all styling elements, so you and your loved ones can simply arrive, celebrate, and enjoy the day without lifting a finger.

OUR PROCESS
1. Get in touch
Start by reaching out and sharing your vision, location, and the feeling you want your day to have. We’ll take the time to understand what matters most to you, so we can tailor an experience that feels personal from the very beginning.
2. book a call
Next, we’ll schedule a relaxed chat to connect properly. This is where we dive deeper into your story, your style, and your priorities. It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for how we work, ask questions, and make sure we’re the perfect fit.
3. secure your date
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send your custom service proposal, agreement, and invoice to lock in your date. From there, you’ll officially become a Vows & Things couple, and we’ll celebrate with a warm welcome.
3. start planning
Now the magic begins. We’ll start bringing your vision to life with care, creativity and intention. You’ll feel supported every step of the way, with everything managed so you can actually enjoy the journey.
