Every timeline, vendor, and detail is handled with precision and care. So while we manage the logistics, you get to be fully immersed in the beauty of it all.
Handover meeting two months before your wedding
Review of all planning documents, vendor details, and contracts

We recommend booking at least 6–9 months before your wedding to secure your date. Our involvement begins two months prior to your day, when we take over communication with vendors and finalise logistics.

Yes, if a rehearsal is planned, we’ll attend and guide your wedding party through the process to ensure everyone feels confident and prepared.

Absolutely. Part of our role is problem-solving and ensuring no detail is left undone. We’ll step in to manage or source any missing pieces where needed.

We oversee the full setup to ensure everything aligns beautifully, but detailed design and décor planning are part of our Styling & Design or Full-Service packages.

That’s a great question, and one we hear often. A venue coordinator manages everything related to the venue: access times, catering, staff, and in-house logistics. A wedding coordinator, on the other hand, oversees your entire celebration. We manage your vendors, timeline, setup, styling details, and every moving part of the day- from hair and makeup schedules to your ceremony timing and speeches. We’re the ones ensuring your wedding flows seamlessly, exactly as you envisioned, so you and your loved ones can simply be present and enjoy every moment.

2. book a call
Next, we’ll schedule a relaxed chat to connect properly. This is where we dive deeper into your story, your style, and your priorities. It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for how we work, ask questions, and make sure we’re the perfect fit.
3. secure your date
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send your custom service proposal, agreement, and invoice to lock in your date. From there, you’ll officially become a Vows & Things couple, and we’ll celebrate with a warm welcome.
