  • We recommend booking at least 6–9 months before your wedding to secure your date. Our involvement begins two months prior to your day, when we take over communication with vendors and finalise logistics.

  • Yes, if a rehearsal is planned, we’ll attend and guide your wedding party through the process to ensure everyone feels confident and prepared.

  • Absolutely. Part of our role is problem-solving and ensuring no detail is left undone. We’ll step in to manage or source any missing pieces where needed.

  • We oversee the full setup to ensure everything aligns beautifully, but detailed design and décor planning are part of our Styling & Design or Full-Service packages.

  • That’s a great question, and one we hear often. A venue coordinator manages everything related to the venue: access times, catering, staff, and in-house logistics. A wedding coordinator, on the other hand, oversees your entire celebration. We manage your vendors, timeline, setup, styling details, and every moving part of the day- from hair and makeup schedules to your ceremony timing and speeches. We’re the ones ensuring your wedding flows seamlessly, exactly as you envisioned, so you and your loved ones can simply be present and enjoy every moment.

Start by reaching out and sharing your vision, location, and the feeling you want your day to have. We’ll take the time to understand what matters most to you, so we can tailor an experience that feels personal from the very beginning.

2. book a call

Next, we’ll schedule a relaxed chat to connect properly. This is where we dive deeper into your story, your style, and your priorities. It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for how we work, ask questions, and make sure we’re the perfect fit.

3. secure your date

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send your custom service proposal, agreement, and invoice to lock in your date. From there, you’ll officially become a Vows & Things couple, and we’ll celebrate with a warm welcome.

Now the magic begins. We’ll start bringing your vision to life with care, creativity and intention. You’ll feel supported every step of the way, with everything managed so you can actually enjoy the journey.
